Region – Istria, Croatia
Winemaking - Grapes were picked by hand, cooled at 5 - 10 °C and after stems were separated from the grapes without breaking their skins cold maceration and pressing followed. Wine was then fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14 - 16 °C and aged on fine lees for four months without malolactic fermentation.
What it tastes like - Brilliant, green-hued, with characteristic floral and fruit aromas, notes of citrus and tropical fruit and stone fruit, polished and balanced, fresh, fleshy with pleasant minerals
