Winemaking - Jonathan takes a hands-off approach in the cellar, using wild yeast fermentations, zero sulphur additions and gently transferring wines with gravity without the use of a pump.
What it tastes like - The Geule d’Amour Pinot Noir has high-toned aromatics of cranberry, black raspberries, leather and forest floor. An unconventional Burgundy with a strikingly rustic character.
