Winemaking – only 612 bottles made. This wine is fermented spontaneously in a stainless-steel tank and aged in old barrels for 5 months. It is unfiltered, and has no sulphites added.
What it tastes like - Medium-deep intensity, lightly spicy, with a fruity, floral nose. Tasting notes of red fruits, with a fresh mouthfeel and pleasant tannins
