Winemaking - The wines were fermented in a combination of 600L barrels (Demi Muid) and stainless steel tanks. All the wines were aged separate for 8 months on the lees with minimal stirring to preserve freshness and CO2.
What it tastes like - Stone fruit and citrus dominate the nose with hints of fresh pineapple. The palate is refreshing with quenching citrus and mineral flavours. Everything is held together with a firm and refreshing acidity. This wine screams warm summer days and light fare.
