A seasonal lactic ewe’s milk cheese made by the Errington family. This fresh and young cheese has a complex flavour. Whilst it is mild in taste the ewe‘s milk gives the cheese a salty twist. Available February - September Ingredients: Raw ewe’s milk, salt & vegetarian rennet.
