Winemaking - Grown on an organic and biodynamically farmed vineyard in the Rapaura Subregion of Marlborough. A combination of heavy and light soils has aided to create a deep wine full of great personality and natural balance. Handpicked, whole bunch pressed, naturally fermented then rested in old oak barrels for 10 months.
What it tastes like - Intensely golden hued. Hugely savoury and showing notes of ripe autumnal fruits and white flowers.
