Winemaking - This spent eleven months on its skins in small terracotta amphorae, before being pressed off to acacia and chestnut casks to rest for a further six months.
What it tastes like - floral characters, blossoms and lavender, complete with a lemony type of charm. Some sweet spice, extraordinary length and a fine chalky finish round things out.
