Winemaking - After fermentation, the wine underwent 100% malolactic fermentation. The final blend was aged, partially in oak, for six months prior to bottling.
What it tastes like - The bouquet of this Merlot has raspberry and strawberry aromas. On the palate, flavours of black cherry and chocolate are complemented by notes of cinnamon and vanilla. This medium-bodied wine has soft tannins and supple finish.
