El Destilado Bicuixe Madrecuixe


This was a project that has been a labour of love for the team over at Sager and Wilde, finding the real examples of terroir and quality producers for agave in Mexico, and the results are worth the wait. Made with a blend of Bicuixe and Madrecuixe agaves from the Oaxacan Valley, this has notes of watermelon, cucumber and brine with a dry mineral, salty finish.
