Winemaking – the grapes are slowly pressed pneumatically. After cold treatment to clean the must naturally, the fermentation is performed at 18 °C. The young wine is aged for 4-6 months after fermentation in their own 'groin' (fine sediment) with 'you remanchas' regular (loosening and shaking the sediment).
What it tastes like - Refreshing, active, aromatic (red fruits and spices), pink wine that fills the mouth, rich, generous and gastronomic. Fresh, light and elegant
