
Style – Dry, Red, Full Bodied
Grapes – Grenache, Syrah
Region – Southern Rhone, France
Winemaking – Hand Harvested. Destemmed and crushed. Fermentation lasts from 28 to 35 days. Daily pigeages during alcoholic fermentation as well as two to three load shedding. The wines are aged in stainless steel vats for 9 months.
What it tastes like - Plum, blackberry and ripe damson fruit. In the mouth the wines has a concentration of woodland fruits, herbs, ground pepper, definitely rich but balanced and lithe and long.
