Winemaking – Sourced from three separate plots the fully ripened, healthy bunches are manually harvest at three different dates in September. They are pressed directly, allowed to settle overnight and then fermented in stainless steel vats with some lots undergoing malolactic fermentation. Wine ageing on fine lees for 4 months in steel.
What it tastes like - Typical Furmint with fresh and aromatic hints of white flowers and grapefruit, followed by a palate of exotic fruits with pear and quince. The finish is mineral and salty.
