What it tastes like - Partial carbonic maceration to promote the bright primary fruitiness of the Tempranillo, raspberry and juicy cherry, sappy and bright, with a thirst quenching tang. There's some lovely tannic build, that stops the wines just being a fruit bomb and it actually lends shape and definition to the lively finish.
