Winemaking - Taking over this Estate in Tuscany in 2008, Marta Sierota has found something wonderful. The influence of the tramontana and the libeccio, winds from both mountain and sea allows her to cultivate vines with a non-interventionist approach that is firmly rooted in biodynamics.
Tasting - A delightful light bodied red, made from Sangiovese under full carbonic maceration. Fresh, juicy 'vin de soif’ that is earthy and spicy at first but with a lovely acidity that brings you back for more.
