The winery includes a “Riesling Taste Profile” scale on the back label to help consumers understand that they are purchasing a Riesling that is made in a “medium-dry” style
What it tastes like -With this Riesling, the winemaker's goal is to craft a refreshing, flavoursome, medium-dry Riesling. The wine offers crisp apple flavours, with subtle mineral notes.
