Grapes - Pinot Noir
Region - Languedoc-Roussillon, France
Winemaking - The grapes are harvested manually and subjected to a process of complete stemming. gentle pressing, followed by maceration of the must in contact with the skins for a period of 18 hours is performed. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel barrels for 20 days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, aged for 14 months.
What it tastes Like - The nose of this wine is full of red berries, violets and touches of spice. This is beautifully balanced on the palate, fresh and velvety, full with blackberries, cherries and light pepper.
