Marcel Deiss is a bit of a maverick in the world of Alsace. Not one to adhere to the strict protocols of the AOC he has embarked on shaking things up. He believes in strictly showing what individual vineyard sites from individual villages can bring to the table to sumptuous results.
This is bright tense wine with plenty of Pinot spice and searing acidity, yet the honeyed notes and great depth make it a joy to drink.
