Winemaking - Primary fermentation on the skins, two weeks. Malolactic in tank, older barrels 10 months. No fining, one filtration pre bottling.
What it tastes Like - The hallmark of this wine is the almost subtle density, combined with a long finish. It’s like you don’t even notice the power at first, but then it stays with you. Notes of raspberry, black cherries and cedar, a juicy wine with hints of spice.
