Winemaking -  Three weeks of skin contact give the wine texture and feel and ten months in older barrels with a little lees stirring takes that to another level. Biodynamic and organic.

What it tastes Like - Aromas of wild herbs, white flowers and quince. The texture in the mouth is supple and evokes apricot and peach skins, herbs and flowers once more with a gently tannic undertow, nice acid lift pushes the palate forward.
